Description
Die-cut
Die-cut Honeycomb is produced by using a CNC cutting machine to create panels that are cut through the material in the desired shape. These die-cut panels can be glued to a flap panel to form a tray for bulk packing or used to encase an item for inner packaging.
Punching
Punching involves creating customized molds based on client requirements and using these molds for production. This method is ideal for mass production as it helps reduce costs. The punching process can compress the thickness of honeycomb panels to 60% of their original thickness to accommodate various products.
Slit Score
Single Slit Score is produced in a similar manner but leaves the other facing paper intact, creating a folding hinge within the panel.
Flat Panels
Honeycomb Flat Panels are constructed with hexagonal cells sandwiched between durable layers of paper. The facing papers and dimensions can be tailored to meet specific strength requirements and various applications.
